Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available yet — join the newsletter and we will announce it there first.
Rates and speed
US ground shipping is $4.95, free on orders over $25 and free on every subscription order regardless of size. Expedited two-day is available at checkout at cost.
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Ground delivery typically lands in three to five business days.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as the label scans. If tracking has not moved in three business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Returns and the 30-day guarantee
If the gum does not work for you, email returns@zenscend.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We refund the order to your original payment method. You do not need to ship back an opened tin.
Unopened multi-packs can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. We will send a prepaid label — do not ship anything back before you have one.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. No return shipment required for damaged goods.
Subscriptions
Cancel or skip any time before an order processes and you are not charged. Once a subscription order has shipped, it follows the standard return policy above.
